My painting is a visual translation of what I sometimes see during meditation. I also paint while in a meditative state, to translate the experience on to the viewer. I utilize all the colors of the rainbow as a shoutout of pride to my LGBTQ+ community, with some colors in larger concentrations than others. The purpose of my work is to evoke psychological connection and emotion as well as a meditative experience.
