The Artist, by completing and submitting this form on ArtCall, expressly agrees to and accepts the following conditions:
1. Artist agrees that the artwork shall remain on display at the Art Center, 1 Washington Street, Suite 1177, Dover, NH until the end of the exhibition. The last day of the exhibition shall be December 31, 2022.
2. The artist agrees to follow instructions delivery and return of their work.
3. The Artist consents and expressly agrees that the Art Center may display said artwork on their premises in Dover, NH. The Artist also agrees that photographs may be taken of said artwork by the Art Center to be used for publicity purposes including social media.
4. The Artist agrees that their work is original to the artist and does not infringe upon or violate the copyright of others.
5. By completing this submission, the Artist specifically expresses his or her understanding and agreement that the Art Center has insurance against damage, destruction, theft, or other loss of or to the artwork while on the Art Center premises. The Art Center does not have and does not accept any liability for damage, destruction, theft, or other loss during delivery to or removal from the Art Center premises by the Artist or any other persons. The Artist further agrees to save and hold the Art Center harmless in the event of any such damage, destruction, theft, or other loss.
6. The artist agrees that if the work delivered does not match the submission, it will be excluded from said exhibit.
7. The Art Center owner may exclude any work upon arrival is not deemed by said owner to be of professional quality.
By submitting to this exhibition, I, the artist, hereby declare that I have read the foregoing release and that I hereby agree to and accept all the terms and conditions stated.
I, the artist, also agree that I have read and agree to all instructions in the Art Center Call for Entries and will abide by them.
